Liza is a E- 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance based in Philadelphia. She completed her training at the Amma Center and School in October 2015, under Bridget Yanni. Liza found a love of yoga in August of 2012 when she was recovering from back surgery. The practice of yoga has taught Liza strength, flexibility, confidence, power, patience, self-love, and balance. Liza works to challenge her students both physically and mentally on their mats while incorporating breath and proper alignment in each class she teaches. Liza believes the practice of yoga is accessible to all. When Liza is not teaching you can find her practicing on her mat, traveling the world, jumping out of planes, going to concerts, reading, and spending time with loved ones. Liza is a graduate of Ithaca College with B.S. in Sport and Exercise Sciences. "Come to my classes to move in your body, not change it"
